Is there helpful products on the market for endo warriors?
I have searched high and low at the local drug stores, health shops and even online for products specific to endometriosis. It seems to be an untapped market. It was a hard find, but eventually I did find a few helpful products to remedy and soothe endo symptoms. The lack of variety was disappointing because it feels as though we are on our own with this horrible chronic pain in the a....abdomen. The few I found were actually out of reach since they were overseas products and I live in South Africa. Nevertheless, I decided to share what is out there in reach for South Africans and what has helped me.
Epsom Salts & Lavender Oil for pain
So a scented epsom salt hot bath after a long day is my all time favorite. It helps relieve muscle aches and the scent of lavender puts me in a state of relaxation. You can even add your own favorite essential oils to the mix or as an alternative. I highly recommend it. It is no cure and not much of a treatment, but it definitely soothes the body and mind.

Period Patches for Cramps
So I found these by accident while looking for a wrist brace at a drug store. I tried them and loved it. I am talking specifically about the Deep Heat patches for period cramps. I figured with or without the period it should still provide some relief and it did. I must say that with the really bad endo flare-ups it doesn`t do much, however they do alleviate some discomfort depending on the severity of the pain. I usually like to use these after a hot bath and apply directly to the area with the most pain.

Heat Therapy for Pain
Having heat against the area of pain is like have an angel touch your body. If you`ve had pain and used heat therapy, then I am certain you can relate. When all else fails then I use a hot water bottle or bean bag to soothe the pain. Granted, it does not always work for severe cases, but it sure helps even a little. I witnessed first hand someone with wide spread cancer using this to help relieve pain when no amount of pills seemed to help. It is just an addition to help make you a little more comfortable and wait out the pain.

Tincture for Inflammation
So one of biggest issues with endometriosis is that is causes significant inflammation. So I got my hands on a variety of anti-inflammatory products and food. This helps if you remove food that causes inflammation from your diet as well.
Milk thistle has many benefits with one very important one being its anti-inflammatory property.

So the above products are not just for endometriosis but, these are the few that helped me tremendously. Please note that this is not medical advice and you should always consult your doctors first.
Please share with us what seems to work best for you.
Wishing you a pain and flare-free day!
